AAA Cards Challenge #287

We have really switched up the challenges this year on the AAA Cards Challenge. This time we are playing with this game panel. You will create a card with the center circle prompt and add to it one of the outer circles too.

I used silhouette and organic shape on my one-layer card. The stamp set I used is from Stampers Anonymous, Spring Shadows.

I hope you will play along with the team!

Altenew March Inspiration Challenge

Hey there. The color palette for the March Challenge at Altenew just made me think of some apples I had recently purchased.  So I whipped out my Educators Rule set and I used the Fresh Flowers die set to make the leaves.

I used a ruler and an aqua alcohol marker to create the lines.

Simon Says Stamp Favorite Things Release

Good morning! Simon has a new release today called Favorite Things! The set I got to work with is titled "One for the Books". This is super fitting for me as I have always loved to read. I feel like it transports you to other places and times or lets you solve crimes. So here we go with some fun book cards. By the way I just love the font on the sub phrases.

This card used a bunch of the neutral ink colors from the Concord and 9th ink line to create my card base then I stamped and fussy cut out one book for my focal point.

This could have been a simple, one layer card but I did add the panel popped up with foam tape. The background stencil is from Tim Holtz, Sparkle Fade.

I added a bit of gold heat embossing to my card with Simon's Detail Embossing Powder.

And finally, here are a few more ideas I was playing with. Thanks for stopping by Sue.
