Pink Ombre

Yes, I am back again.  I do love this technique.  So I started with the picture to the left.  It is from Pinterest.  I did a search for ombre and this dress came up.  I am going to enter this card in the Make-It-Monday #120 challenge and the Passion for Papertrey circles challenge.

The cardstock and ink are from Stampin Up.  Stamp set is from Papertrey, Sketch It, and the twine is from Martha Stewart.
Thank for dropping by,
Sentimentally Sue.

  1. Sue, your card is wonderful. I had trouble envisioning how this geometric stamp set could be used, but I love what you've done!

If you haven't looked at your thumbnail link, you may not have noticed that the baker's twine forms a sort of tree trunk with a small branch at the top. The 'modern tree' look is just as compelling as the larger 'non-tree' card. Thanks for taking the time to share.

  2. I finally inked up these circles for this challenge too - LOVE the colors you have used and the sentiment stamped on the circle - fun & energetic card!

  3. Just love the look you acheived! Ombré, yes, fabulous, completely!

  4. Beautiful, love the fun and energy on this card!!

Thank you so much for your comments. It means a lot to me!
