Watercolor Circles

Hello. Man, am I loving the Arteza Real Brush pens. I know I have a long way to go with them but I love playing with the colors. Today's card was for the Simply Less is More sketch challenge. Then I through in a few other challenges too. My color palette is from the CLASSroom inspiration photo and I used the Tic-Tac-Toe board from the AAA Cards challenge also.
I started with a Soft Stone gray card base(PTI). I heat embossed the charcoal gray circles from the Essentials by Ellen Bokeh Dots in clear detail powder. Then using the Arteza Real Brush pens and a water brush, I filled in the circles. Drying the card stock between circles to control the warping. I don't like to watercolor on regular cardstock it kind of fuzzes up. So after it was dry I lightly sanded the surface smooth. I then stamped the greeting from Papertrey Ink Scripted set in the same charcoal gray and heat embossed it in clear detail powder also. Finally I mounted it with foam tape to the card front.

I followed the outside right row of the Tic-Tac-Toe.

The inspiration photo was used for my palette.
Thanks for stopping by, Sue.
