Happily Ever After

Hey there! Have you ever made a card and thought this is my best card yet? Well that is the way I felt about this one.
So if you hate it just turn away and please don't crush my feelings. I started with 110 lbs white cardstock and heat embossed the cake with Princess Gold embossing powder from Ranger. Stamp is from Concord and 9th, Happy Day. I then die cut it with the coordinating die and mounted it on white fun foam.  I then used a Tim Holtz watercolor paper and my Kuretake paints to make the loose, watercolor stripes. After the panel dried I used an very old Papertrey Ink set called Big Bold Wishes for the greeting also heat embossed. Mounted the watercolor panel to a white A2 card base and attached the cake adding a little gold thread for sparkle. I used the My Favorite Things color challenge for my palette.

Thanks for stopping by, Sue.
