Hello. Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I broke out the Christmas décor yesterday. I will continue working on decorating my home this week but we all know there will be stamping too. Lol. Today's card was a Christmas card for the blog hop. Below was our inspiration photo.
My card started with panel stamped with the Candy Cane Stripe background. Then I die cut with the Candy Cane Christmas die. I die cut ten candy canes and stacked/glued them together. I heat embossed the canes with clear embossing powder. The pine boughs were die cut from a Sizzix die. I colored the hem tape with Aqua Mist reinker. Everything was mounted to a 110 lbs top folding card base. Greeting was stamped in Versafine black ink.
Thanks for stopping by, Sue.
