CASology #330: Bouquet

Hey there. There is a new cue card up on the CASology Challenge Blog this morning.

I must say I started with one idea and ending up making two cards because the first card just had to much in the layering department. It had plenty of white space but the time it took to layer those flowers might not be considered CAS. I will share it at another time.

So we moved onto a simple to recreate card that started with my top folding A2 white card base. I wanted to use the Pantone color of the year Living Coral for this card. The stamp set is one I picked up on clearance years ago and have never used till today. I am not sure of the company that created it but it did have a name on the end, Boutique Grunge. The greeting is from Papertrey Ink. The photo below is just a little step up by creating the banner strip, Simon Says Stamp Tiny Words, and a few more Nuvo drops to the background.
The design team has some great cards to share with you so go check them out. Thanks for stopping by, Sue.

  2. What a beautiful card - I really so enjoy the ''Games'' \ challenges at AAA. I've been doing challenges for years, but I have found AAA more varied in techniques. Such a joy to see some many different cards achieved from the same theme. REGARDS x
