Hey there. Have you ever spent a ridiculous amount of time on a card? Like hours...
This shaker has ten layers of die cut cardstock, faux epoxy moon & stars and one blended distress ink background. I used True Black, Royal Velvet and Bright Buttercup cardstock from Papertrey Ink. I was trying out the faux epoxy embellishments #298 challenge from PTI. I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks to create the night sky background in the shaker.
I want to enter it in several online challenges.
SSS Monday challenge was the dark side using Tim Holtz products.
SSS Wednesday challenge was Anything Goes.
Thanks for stopping by, Sue.
Well worth all the effort, Sue! Adorable batty bg, and gorgeous faux epoxy.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cool shaker card, Sue! You've got lots of layers going on. Even without, mine tend to take way longer creating than they should. Maybe if I sketched them first, it would save me time in the long run.
