Hey there. I am creating a little Sunday-Fun day.
I watched a Jennifer McGuire tulle shaker card video this afternoon. I have never tried this before. It was fun and pretty easy. I will definitely be trying it again. I wanted to add a little watercolor to my card also.
I cut a Strathmore watercolor panel for my rainbow stripe. I just used my Gansai Tambi paints to create the rainbow then spritzed with water. I let it dry and stamped my greeting in black. Die cut the circle, the hat and pipe, folded the tulle and added gold sequins. Sandwiched it between the layers of cardstock using very sticky tape. Lastly I added a little pearl smoke to the pipe. I will enter it in the challenges listed below.
I flipped the sketch over.

ReplyDeleteThis is such a cool design idea, I love it!! That pot of gold is genius, love that its off to the side. And your simple, coloured rainbow looks wonderful against all that white. So glad you shared this with us at Happy Little Stampers!
