Word Bubble

Hello. When I get a new stamp set I just have it get it inky. I won the challenge over at Where Creativity Meets C9. I picked the Hooray set from Concord &9th. Thought it would offer a lot of versatility.
This card started with a white, top fold 110 lb card base. Mortarboard and circle are also cut from the same white card stock.  Word bubble and top of the hat are popped up with foam tape and tassel was made with bakers twine. Spring is graduation time for us so that is my take on the C9 challenge and I used the My Favorite Things color challenge for my color palette.

Thanks for stopping by, Sue.
