Pin-Sights Inspiration

Hello, I guess I am playing catch up on some challenge posts. These two cards were inspired by the image on the CLASSroom blog.
My first card started with a soft stone card base. I used the Wonky Backgrounds set for my stamps. Layering ink to create my lanterns. I then took a white gel pen and free-handed the blossoms filling them in with a white Wink of Stella pen. Then used white Nuvo drops to create dimension to the centers. Finally I used the Scripted set to stamp the greetings from Papertrey Ink.

My next card uses the same Wonky Backgrounds from Essential by Ellen. I used all the colors from the images side bar to stamp the circles. The greeting is from Altenew.

The first card will be entered in the Papertrey Ink Make-It-Monday #324 "Lots of Dots" challenge too. I thought both cards for the Less Is More friendship challenge also. Thanks for stopping by, Sue.

  2. Two fabulous card ! Love the delicate look of your first card with your choice of soft colours. The dotted background stripe is so effective to pop up the lanterns and the delicious white flowers. Beautiful sentiment too. Love all the colours on your second card, it makes it so cheerful, but it may have not enough blank space according our rules. Anyway, thanks so much for sharing these two cards and for playing along at Less is More.
