Hey there. I was chosen last week as the winner of the Color Throwdown challenge. So, they asked me to guest design this challenge. This is such a fun color palette.

Color Throwdown #773 Guest Designer
My card started with an ink blended panel that I applied glitter over with a clear adhesive sheet.
I then die cut the panel with the Spellbinders Santa's Workshop die. I also cut the base and globe from metallic gold cardstock. I wanted the holes from the background to show through with the gold color.
The village was cut with an old Memory Box village die three times from white cardstock, glued and layered together. I trimmed the village to fit in the snow globe.
The greeting is from Kerri Bradford Studio set Bundle Up and heat embossed in gold detail powder. I curved the greeting to match the curve in the snow globe. I wrapped some gold thread around the knob on the top of the globe to add a bit more gold sparkle.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you will join us for this fun challenge on the Color Throwdown blog.

CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #527
Well hello. Here we are wrapping up a year of fabulous challenges on the CAS Colours and Sketches blog. This challenge will run till January 1, 2024. So you have a month to look back over this past year's challenges, pick a sketch and/or a color combo that inspired you and create a seasonal card. I went ahead and combined challenges #501 and #507 to create my seasonal card.
I wanted to create in essence a one-layer card by in-laying my ink blended letters in the stamped card front.
Stamps: The Stamp Market Tiny Trees
Dies: Sizzix Alphanumeric Stretch Upper
Ink: Stampin'Up
Cardstock: 110 lbs White
I hope you can find some time to play along with us for this final challenge of the year. This will be my final post for the CAS Colors and Sketches blog as I will be stepping down. Thanks for stopping by, Sue.

AAA Birthday Card Challenge #55
Woop Woop!! Have you made it through all twelve months of our birthday challenges on the AAA Birthday Card blog?? This is the last challenge for the year, "add a tag" challenge.
Sometimes you just need a great prompt to get those ideas flowing. I hope our monthly challenges were able to do that for you. My card started with choosing a color palette and swiping ink pads across a piece of white cardstock. I then die cut the tag shape and the letters from a Papertrey Ink alpha die set. Set the letters aside while we stamp the cake. Placing the Concord and 9th cake stamp from the Happy Day set in my stamp positioner and stamping it in black ink on a white panel. Then leaving the panel and stamp in place, I lined up the tag where I wanted it and stamped the cake again on the tag.
I then die cut several sets of letters to create the stacked look. Placing them back into the tag, adding the twine and mounting it to the white cake panel with foam tape.
I forgot I misted water over my inked panel to create that splotchy effect before the stamping the cake. Then mounted it all to a top folding white card base. Thanks for stopping by, Sue.
