AAA Cards Challenge #216

Hello. We have a color challenge over on the AAA Cards Challenge blog today. Yellow, pink, lavender and blue. A baby card was my first thought and who doesn't love a fun shaker card? But can you make a CAS shaker???

I started with a old stamp set from Papertrey Ink, Rattled. I have the die set to match the stamps. This made for a super quick shaker card. I just happened to have some bottle shaped confetti in these very colors.

I am excited to see what ideas you come up with for this CAS shaker card challenge. Thanks for stopping by, Sue.

AAA Cards Challenge #215

Good morning to you! It is a bright, sunny Sunday morning for me. I hope your day is off to a great start and you will carve out some time in the next few weeks to join us for a No Layer, growing challenge.

My card uses a simple technique called ink layering. I start in the background by using several light to medium tone inks to create my images from a Stampin Up Good Things Grow set. Then layer over the dark ink with the splatters and greeting to create depth without layers. The greeting set is from Simon Says Stamp, Mixed Greetings 1.

Please remember our rules. Thanks so much for stopping by, Sue

AAA Cards Challenge #214

 Happy 8th Birthday AAA Cards!

I hope you will join us for all of the fun for this

birthday Celebration.

In true CAS form I created a no-layer card for the birthday celebration. I used the Stamp Market Birthday Wishes stamp set and some basic ink layering. For a bit of sparkle I added Ranger Stickles to the candle flames.
