Watercolored Hello

Hello!  This card started with a piece of watercolored card stock I had laying on my stamp desk. The Hello was also just laying on my desk from another project.  It was cut from white card stock and the Wonderful Words: Hello from Papertrey Ink. I cut the hello down and mounted it over the water colored scrap.  Then punched the holes on the ends and got my bakers twine ready in yellow and orange.  I took a piece of Orange Zest card stock from PTI and did a partial die cut with the Beautiful Butterflies set also from PTI. Stamped a few butterflies with white pigment ink from Stampin Up and mounted it all on a white card base.
Popped the greeting uo with foam squares and tied the twine around the card.  I am going to enter this in Virginia's Die cut challenge, AAA cards water color challenge and PTI's Partial Die cut challenge.
Thanks for dropping by for a visit,

A Glowing, Watercolored Partial Die Cut

Hey all!  I wanted to create a fun card with a few challenges.  I started with a piece of water color paper and using Stampin Up watercolor crayons I created a circle with various shades of yellow and orange.  I then used a Spellbinders circle die and did a partial die cut over the watercoloring.  Using the Tim Holtz stapler to hold the cut portion back. Stamped the greeting from Papertrey Ink in Palette Noir ink. Then I made a card base with Summer Sunrise card stock from PTI and used Glossy Effects the hold my glitter in the center of the sun. This will be entered in the challenges below.  Thanks for stopping by,
