A Glowing, Watercolored Partial Die Cut

Hey all!  I wanted to create a fun card with a few challenges.  I started with a piece of water color paper and using Stampin Up watercolor crayons I created a circle with various shades of yellow and orange.  I then used a Spellbinders circle die and did a partial die cut over the watercoloring.  Using the Tim Holtz stapler to hold the cut portion back. Stamped the greeting from Papertrey Ink in Palette Noir ink. Then I made a card base with Summer Sunrise card stock from PTI and used Glossy Effects the hold my glitter in the center of the sun. This will be entered in the challenges below.  Thanks for stopping by,
Sentimentally Sue.

  2. Hey Sue, I love your card. It is so much fun to look at. I love the watercolor sun rays but I also love the glitter in the sun's core. The fun part for me is the peeling back of the sun's surface. Amazing. Job well done.
