Making Wishes

Sooo if I am making wishes, I wish to win a challenge!  This weeks Case Study challenge starts with a card made by Jocelyn Olson as our inspiration.  Her card is the pic below.
This is my card created with PTI Lovely Layers stamp set and cardstock.
The ink is all from Stampin Up.

I also wanted to enter it in the Less Is More not a square or rectangle card challenge.  So round it was cut with Spellbinders round dies.  I will also enter this in the Birthday Card challenge at Passion for Papertrey and Moxie Fab.

Thanks for stopping by for a visit!
