Hello. It is a beautiful fall day here and harvest is in full swing today. Ha, they didn't need me in the field today so I am on meal duty. Which means I am in the house and have time to stamp. Bonus!!
I was looking through some internet inspiration this morning and saw a technique were they took actual leaves and inked the back side pressing it onto the card stock. Well I took this a step further and inked with distress ink, spritzed with water and pressed onto a water color panel. I am so in love with the results. Also Michele Ferguson created a card the other day that used a charcoal panel with woodgrain texture that I loved. So I used my Lawn Fawn woodgrain cover plate to do the same thing. Thanks Michele! Finally I die cut the Grateful, SugarPea Designs, from the same charcoal card stock, popped the panel up with fun foam and mounted it to an A2 white card base.
Super clean and simple with lots of little details. I will be entering this on the CAS Watercolor challenge, SSS Monday fall/autumn challenge, Uniko Studios Sept/Oct challenge and Stamplorations Clean and Simple Challenge.
Thank you so much for stopping by, Sue.
