Five in One Birthday

Hello. This card was made to roll five different challenges in one card. Colors, sketches, pattern paper and birthdays.

My card started with a top folding white card base that I rounded the two left corners. Then adhering four 3/4" strips of dot paper to a piece of tying paper I die cut the Celebrate Speech Bubble from My Favorite Things. I cut it apart and glued to the card front. I die cut four sets of "you" letters from The Stamp Market's Chunky Alphabet out of black card stock then glued them together. Glued the letters to the card front filling the gap. Using a scrap of black card stock I stamped and embossed the "Happy Birthday" from the Essential Sentiments from MFT, trimmed down and attached to the card front. Finally I added a few puffy hearts that I had picked up at JoAnn's dollar area.

The card fills the color and sketch challenges at My Favorite Things along with their birthday "heart" challenge this month. Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge was to use at least two background papers and Uniko Studio is celebrating their 8th birthday. Thanks for stopping by, Sue.
