 Hey there. I saw the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches challenge and the idea for this card came to mind. The Altenew Inspiration and Color Throwndown challenge both were using the same color palette so we rolled this all together. I started by creating a stencil with the dies to ink blend the circle image.

I added a few Stickles drops and white gel pen dots to add a bit of sparkle on the card.

AAA Cards Challenge #243

 

Hello. Today's card focuses on one of my favorite activities, camping. I also love to bike and hike. We have a new challenge up on the AAA Card Challenge Blog.

My card is a super quick, one layer card to create.

I started by masking off a circle and ink blending a rainbow of colors. Then I just stamped the camper from Avery Elle's Glamper Campers set in black ink. I curved my greeting to echo the circle shape. So simple but with a punch of color.

Celebrating You!

Hey there. I was inspired by a few challenges today. I used The Stamp Markets Birthday Wishes set to create my birthday cake card. By adding a few tassels of baker's twine and Glossy Accents to give it some dimension.

I used the color palette from the Color Throwndown challenge, sketch from Freshly Made Sketches and a masculine theme from Simon Says Stamps Monday cha;;enge.

 

Lilies in Bloom

Hello. When I saw the Altenew Inspiration challenge this month I had to create a card with my lilies in mind. I have the perfect inspiration in my garden with these pink, purple and green beauties.

My card uses the Sweet Bouquet stamps, stencils and die from Altenew along with their Halftone Squares set.

Simon Says Stamp is also having a flower challenge that I thought this card fit. Thanks for stopping by Sue.

AAA Cards Challenge #242

Hey, hey...welcome summer!! We have a fun moodboard challenge up for you today on the AAA Cards Challenge.

Well people, I live in Iowa. We are kind of land locked and not much for beach to be had. LOL. So I improvised. I do get crabby from time to time and figured this card might come in handy.  I did a bit of watercolor in pale aqua with a splatter of tan to represent water and sand. Then using the Technique Tuesday Mister Crabby stamp. I stamped the greeting and crab in black. Trimming and mounting my watercolor panel to a top folding aqua card base.

Subtle but useful. I hope you will make time to join out "beachy" moodboard challenge.
