CASology #318: Scary

Hey there! There is a new cue up on the CASology Challenge Blog today and it is fitting for this Halloween season. No, it is not Christmas yet. Even if the stores are
having you think it is.

Here is my card for the Scary Challenge.

My card started with a scrap of black card stock that I rubbed with an anti-static bag, stamped the image from Stampin' Up in Versamark ink and heat embossed with white detail powder. I then trimmed it down with pinking shears and mounted to an orange card base that I had run though my Cuttlebug with an embossing folder. I then stitched the tag down with my sewing machine. I made a second card that I used a Lawn Fawn cover plate to cut the woodgrain onto the front of the pumpkin card.

There is fun to be had, go check out all
the teams inspiring cards. Thanks for stopping by, Sue.

  2. Love both of these cards. I've been drooling over that LF impression plate for some time now. Your orange background is a fabulous twist on the 'white space'.
