Silver Blessings

Hey there. Hope your Sunday had been filled with rest.  I have been working on laundry and stamping so it is pretty restful here. This card brings to mind peacefulness to me. Might be the colors or the winter silhouette of the trees and village. I am not sure.
I am using the Hero Arts tree stamp like my last card but I stamped it on Strathmore watercolor paper with Colorbox silver ink. Then I heat set it before water coloring the aqua sky behind the trees.  I die cut the village from the same water color paper. The greeting is from my favorite Christmas stamp set Beautiful Blessings: Holiday. Finally I mounted it on a Going Gray cardstock base.
Simon Says Stamp has a WCMD challenge and a Wednesday Christmas challenge going on over at their blog. Come join the fun! Thanks, Sue.
